Alarm system linked to armed response company. Monthly armed response fee is for the tenant's account. Separately fenced. Cottage is in the process of being refurbished. Satellite dish is present. Rent includes electricity, water, refuse removal fee and gardener. But should the water and electricity bills increase excessively then owner of the property reserves the right to bill the tenant accordingly. Regret no children and no pets.
